How to Send an Inquiry
Open a product, click the inquiry button, share quantity, delivery location, and message, then submit. The supplier is notified immediately.
How to Unlock Supplier Contact Details
Supplier phone numbers and emails stay locked until you use a contact credit. Go to billing if you need more credits.
For Suppliers
How to Get Verified
Go to Profile, upload GST and registration documents (PDF or image), then wait for admin review. Verified suppliers receive a trust badge visible to buyers.
How to List a Product
Add product name, CAS number, category, specifications, and commercial details. Products may require admin moderation before public visibility.
How to Respond to Inquiries
Use the Leads page to respond quickly. Faster response times improve buyer trust and inquiry conversion.
